    Order # 1643620 I ordered a phone (Nokia 900) on May 7th and I'm yet to receive the product. My account has been deducted the amount of $230, and still no phone from n1wireless.     Do not buy from N1Wireless. Scam outfit. They sell "open box" items as new units. I purchased two Jawbone Eras. One worked OK but the other was DOA (dead on arrival).     N1 wireess is the worst. Customer Service is non existant, their 24 hour help line nobody answers, it just rings and rings and rings. Sent 2 nasty e-mails with a phone number as well and demanded to be contacated. Here we are day 8 and no package.     These guys are just thieves. The phone arrived in 3 weeks, nonfunctional. The screen would not light up and the back would not fit on. They responded only to the first email providing a number to call. Several calls only reached a message phone suggesting they could be contacted by email. Messages left and were never returned.     My experience with N1 Wireless was terrible. I purchased a new cell phone. The phone arrived in a box with a broken factory seal (the seal stated “do not accept if this seal is broken”). The phone was packed sloppily, had fingerprints on the keypad, the protective film over the phone display was missing – this phone was obviously not new.     These company is a fraud!! I bought a wireless phone from them for what I thought was a good price, it was an LG and I paid 150.00 for it.. I have AT&T as a carrier and they assured me that the phone would work with this carrier. What they DON"T tell you is that the phones are from the U.K and although you can make calls that is ALL you can do.     I purchased a phone from N1Wireless. The first one was an error in judgement on my part it was a very old model which I should have done more research. So after a few months I saw a phone I really liked on their site. I ordered it but it was not compatible with my carrier, I even called LG (manufacturer) and they wouldn't help me cause they didn't seel the phone in the US.     Stay a way from buying from www.n1wireless.com Bad service, bad phones. Mine arrived with keypad problem and not working charger. Later I found that it was refurbished phone!     I had ordered a motorola h-15 headset from n1-wirelesss it said in the ad the item was brand new upon opening the package it was obvious it was not motorola put plastic on the front of the unit and the ear piece has a plastic shield to protect it which this did not plus the speaker has some sort of glue on it which I had to remove and the front of it has marks where you can see it either was used or refurbished .     Just a follow-up to a previous complaint - On 6/11/09 2pm CST I spoke with tech support at Plantronics USA, and discussed N1Wireless specifically. Their statement concerning N1wireless was, "N1wireless is not a legal distributor of Plantronics products. The only products that they can acquire are defective or incomplete products.     I order a Jabra BT5020 (Blue tooth headset), received it with in 5 days (fast shipping) when I read the instructions it said to fully charge the head set before using. The motorola cell phone I bought from them would not charge from a wall outlet and i wanted to return it but they have a 10 day remption period which I exceeded by about 5 days. I called Motorola and they advise me they would not warrant the phone because it was made for the asian market and is not warranted in the USA.     I ordered a jawbone from N1wireless the end of last week of April. Did not receive the jawbone until mid June after calling and asking where it is. Received the jawbone and it did not work.
