  • Iphone 3GS is not working



    Hi, I would like to bring to your attention that, i have purchased Apple iPhone 3G S 16 GB (Black) Unlocked on 22nd november 2012 and OrderID 1527359 from N1 wireless, now the iphone is not working even after replacing new battery and i totally disappointed with the N1 wireless support team that they are not replaying my mails ( till now 3 mails sent but no replay) i have never expected this kind of support from this company Thanks Mallikarjun More...

  • 3 questions not answered



    Hi, I have purchased two HTC desire from N1Wireless. The Hotspot function doesn't work although the phone is unlocked. It doesn't work because AT&T haven't turned it on. I am based in Australia and use a different supplier and understand the risks of this. I have been told to submit an RMA. I have done this multiple times and have received nothing from N1 that will allow me to return the phones. I need to return them and they say they have a process for returns but it doesn't work and they are not willing to help. I cannot get them to answer my questions at all... More...

    I ordered and received a motorola sd9 hd headset. The ear buds would not stay on when i first put them on. I reqested an RMA twice and got no response on the website. I logged into the website and found their was a 15 day rma policy which I was within the 15 days from the day they were delivered. the website said i was not. When i emailed someone in sales I sent them a screenshot and they repeated the warranty could be found on their website. More...
