3 questions not answered - SERVICE

Hi, I have purchased two HTC desire from N1Wireless. The Hotspot function doesn't work although the phone is unlocked. It doesn't work because AT&T haven't turned it on. I am based in Australia and use a different supplier and understand the risks of this.
I have been told to submit an RMA. I have done this multiple times and have received nothing from N1 that will allow me to return the phones. I need to return them and they say they have a process for returns but it doesn't work and they are not willing to help.
I cannot get them to answer my questions at all now and am feeling abandoned. Can you please help me. The Questions Reference numbers I have posted are as follows:
