I ordered and received a motorola sd9 hd headset. The ear buds would not stay on when i first put them on. I reqested an RMA twice and got no response on the website. I logged into the website and found their was a 15 day rma policy which I was within the 15 days from the day they were delivered. the website said i was not. When i emailed someone in sales I sent them a screenshot and they repeated the warranty could be found on their website.
